Variable treatment options or parameters allow the EpiLight
wavelengths to penetrate deeply enough and with sufficient energy to be absorbed in the
hair follicles, shafts or bulbs at a high enough temperature to destroy the hair structure
and impair hair growth without damaging surrounding skin. The wavelength range of the
EpiLight system provides flexibility in treating hair of different colors and at varying
depths of skin, as well as according to the pigmentation level of each patient.
